I created this slab-built earthenware mug to represent hope for those facing hunger in our community. Even though I had to use a spare mug from my class to finish my work, I put all my effort into hand-painting and carving it. I really want the person who buys this to feel like they are making a real difference in someone’s life. It makes a perfect gift or a special desk accessory that reminds you of your kindness.
