In my sculpture and ceramic class, my primary focus has been the art of the 'clean finish.' I’ve always found it fascinating to watch a rough, shapeless lump of clay transform into something smooth and refined through the steady work of my own hands. During our class sessions, I dedicated myself to the slow process of refining the clay, often spending every available minute obsessing over the smallest details to capture that 'perfect' form. This mug is the result of that focused patience and the visible progress I’ve made in my technical skills.
